This is a gift for me fwend, ~casabolg for Christmas, but since I've already shown it to him earlier I guess it's an early Christmas present. That's his penguin feathersona if you peoplez are wondering. x3 And yes, it's complete with a top hat and a rocket launcher/assault rifle/bayonet.
